Color Match

Pantone Matching System
Screen printing inks can be mixed to color-match a specific color using the Pantone Matching System. colors. There are over 700 PMS colors and counting. These colors are numbered and printed in a universal reference book.

The colored squares are called swatches. This allows the customer and printer to communicate specific colors using a PMS number so there are no surprises on the finished product.

Ink Colors

Screen printing inks come in a variety of pre-mixed pure colors. They also come in neon and fluorescent colors. Additives can be applied to screen printing ink to make them stretchable.

They also come in formulas to help block the garment dye from bleeding into the ink. This is great for performance materials like polyester.
