Does it cost to have a you create a wholesale ordering website for me?

We offer our wholesale ordering websites completely free. This service is a win win as it creates an easy ordering process for you while allowing us to present new ideas on several garment styles and colors with ease. 

How much does it cost to have art created?

Art revisions and changes to current templates are free. Custom art creation is also free with an order of 200 items or more. The price to have art created without purchasing apparel is $200-$500 depending on the complexity of the design and can be quoted.

Can I have the art to use for other products outside of Sparrow Graphics?

In some cases we will release the art for usage outside of our company. We may require payment to grant an art usage license. This is treated on a case by case basis.

Do you just print apparel?

In addition to apparel we can print tote bags and some backpacks. We can print on almost any kind of apparel, hoods, polos, v-necks, long sleeves and also youth, infant and toddler.

I only see a few brands or styles on my store. Can I request different styles or brands?

Yes we have access to 150 brands stocked in over 25 wholesale warehouses across the US. Send us your request and we will see if we can source it for you.

Can I order less than 48 pieces?

Our order minimum is 48 per design. In some cases we can print smaller quantities but the art needs to have limited ink colors and only be a single print placement. This is treated on a case by case basis. Reach out for more information.

Am I limited on the number of ink colors I use in my design?

We pride ourselves in allowing full color screen printing on our products. We do not limit your color usage. There are some limitations with special effect inks but for the most part we can print full color. 

What determines the cost of my item?

Traditional screen print shops will charge for screens, ink colors, films or separations, art creation etc. as well as the garment. And all of those factors can be effected by quantity which makes for a complex math formula to figure out your cost. We have simplified our pricing and removed those charges to make for an easy wholesale price point. Price is effected by; garment type, quantity & number of print placements, that’s it. No surprise setup charges, ink limitations or complex formulas to figure out your end price.

Will you ship my order without payment?

Unless you have arranged an agreement or have terms with our company, your order will not be shipped until payment is received. 

Can I use a credit card to pay for my order?

Yes. We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card for payment. Please submit accurate information; the billing address you enter must match the address your credit company has on file. Your order will not be processed without good credit card information.

When will I receive my order?

Normal turn time for orders is 2 weeks plus shipping time. Art creation can add time so be sure to include that in your planning schedule. Feel free to reach out for current turn times.

Do you accept special shipping requests?

In most cases, yes. Contact customer service with details.

Can I add more garments once my order has been placed?

Yes. You can add shirts to your order but there is a small window of opportunity to make changes. The sooner you let us know of additional sizes, the better. We recommend contacting your customer service rep asap. Adding shirts may delay the production time of your order.
